Unfortunately, with the upgrade to VO 6, a new, very occasional bug was 
introduced that can cause VO to turn off and reset itself if a proper reset is 
done. I tested my iPhone and caused this bug to occur one time out of 7 power 
home resets.

Therefore, the best practice, and one which works 99% of the time, is to do a 
normal shut down followed by a normal start up, just like what you would do 
with your computer. How many of you press and hold the power button on your 
computer to turn it off and then on again?
