Well, I agree with you, Rose. The sender meant it that way. When the app first came out there was a big rou on the list concerning it's functionality for totally blind users.

never mind, I just think that they should have included features that would be helpful to all of us but apparently I am the only one who feels that way,
do forget I said it.

The note I saw made it sound as though we could all use the app or at least
it did to me.

Rose, why is this not a good thing? The company AI Squared last time I
checked is a company who develops software for partially sighted people, not
totally blind people. So, can you connect the dots for me? I might have
missed something.

The customer service at my bank is awful, I asked the teller to check my
balance so she leaned over and pushed me.

Apparently not, they still say a totally blind person cannot use it, which

Doug,

How would a totally blind user go about making sure the alignment of the
document is correct? Will Zoom Reader use some sort of logic to correct
for
poor alignment? Thanks, sounds very interesting.

For those of you not quite sure what ZoomReader is, it's our OCR app for
iOS devices. You simply snap a picture of anything with text on it and in
mere seconds, ZoomReader turns that paper into electronic text and reads
it
aloud. Think of the possibilities - grocery store signs, menus, handouts
with impossibly small print, newspaper articles, magazines...the
possibilities are endless! And this is all on a device that you probably
already have on you so there's nothing new to remember to pack in your
pocket or throw in your purse. Of course we still support the iPhone (4,
4S
and 5) as well. If you've already purchased ZoomReader for your phone, and want it on your other devices, simply sync them with iTunes and ZoomReader
will now appear as an app.

Don't have ZoomReader yet and are wondering how to get it? It's available
in the iTunes App Store for $19.99.

improved ZoomReader in action: http://youtu.be/3wH1yJcNO3I
