Rose,
You are not alone.
AI Squared confused things from the beginning as to who the app would work
for, but later they tried to make it clear that it was really designed for
low-vision people with the promises that if they sell enough they would
consider making it accessible to totally blind people.
The problem is, it is not very good for those with vision, at least not the
ones I have talked with personally, so it doesn't get recommended, at least
not by my agency, so they probably won't sell enough to make it usable by
totally blind people.
Not so long as there are free or lower cost apps that do a better job.

Richard

never mind, I just think that they should have included features that would
be helpful to all of us but apparently I am the only one who feels that way,
do forget I said it.

The note I saw made it sound as though we could all use the app or at least
it did to me.

Rose, why is this not a good thing? The company AI Squared last time I
checked is a company who develops software for partially sighted people, not
totally blind people. So, can you connect the dots for me? I might have
missed something.

The customer service at my bank is awful, I asked the teller to check my
balance so she leaned over and pushed me.
