Hi,

I just downloaded Talking Goddles and tried it with the StandScan pro and a
flier that arrived yesterday.

Now, I had read it perfectly with Text Grabber, but was delighted, when in
video mode, to hear Talking Goggles read the first two/three lines of text, but
it didn't want to read more. I wonder what the cut off point for text is? If,
for example, Talking Goggles could read everything that it sees, we would have
a truly marvelous addition to our reading on the fly arsenal! Even as it
stands, especially using the SSP, we can sort post etc without touching a
button, just by exchanging one envelope for another. So, how wonderful if it
would read the letters in the same way. It can do it, that is obvious by the
way it read the first few lines of text on my flier, but I think there is a
quantity cut-off at the moment. Has anyone else done better, am I missing
something?

    Sandy.
