a restore with Itues didn't work so my guess is there truly is something wrong with the phone, sad to say. Well it's been over 2 years since I got it, it's a 4 and I have a bunch of apps and books on it. Patti

I also had this happen just the ohter day. No I didn't have the problem with the French voice grin but merely rebooted the phone. Voiceover never came back and I had to restore it using iTunes. This has happened to me more then once and I can't explain why. Not happy about it but hopefully apple will fix it even though it is quite random it does happen more often now. Also I do wish that the tripple click home would be set to voicever by default but alass its not.
