Several months ago, I did 30 of the reboots in a row. I got the problem to strike twice during those 30 reboots. The problem is extremely rare, and Apple has not yet been able to reproduce it. It does not happen on every iPhone. My iPhone 4 never had it happen. So, for this one, it is an extremely obscure little bug.
