Les, At the bottom of the list page is a horizontally scrolling menu that lets you refine by cuisine (or choose All)
That is going away in the next version because it is becoming a source of confusion. Instead, when you initially choose Search Nearby, from the home screen, you will be presented with dozens of choices of cuisines like American, Bakery, Chinese, Coffee, Deli, etc., in alphabetical order. Choose one of those (or choose the All button) and then you will get your scrolling list. I will let you know when Apple approves it. I choose Search Nearby and scroll through the list. At the end of the list, I encounter "Search All Near You" with the prompt, double tap to edit. When I double tap, I am taken to the last restaurant in the list rather than to an edit field which is the expected behavior when one double taps on a field which states double tap will allow one to edit.
