The one reason that I don't use iCloud to backup my iPhone is that I have apps on my phone which are no longer in the App Store. And since I cloud checks the app store and gets the latest version of an app, I think I'll lose apps which are no longer in the app store. Also, there are apps that I have which I wish to keep at a certain version.
