Hi, But you don’t have to buy it. That’s the thing. Just because you pay a high price for something doesn’t mean it will be perfect. For example, go buy a Samsung Galaxy 4, and turn on Talkback. This phone costs about the same as an iPhone 5S. I assure you this phone has bugs too. If it has been established that no public OS is bug free, why hold Apple to a standard that no one else has ever achieved? I’m not saying don’t be upset by bugs. I’m saying they are to be expected to a certain extent. For all the bugs, how many people actually return iPhones? Not many I’ll tell you that. I believe they have a return rate under 2%.
