If you do a password protected backup in iTunes, all of your password settings
will be saved in the backup. When you get the new phone, connect it to iTunes
and do a restore. After the most recent firmware is downloaded and placed on
the new phone, select existing phone, select the date/time of the preferred
backup, and enter your password. The new phone should then be set up exactly
like your previous phone was, including all passwords. This is what I do.

That said, I would strongly encourage you to get your WIFI password into an
accessible location in case something happens and the phone loses the password.
