Hi all. Thanks for the feedback. It sounds like I can wait a bit for the new phone, which should be here in at most another 2 weeks. Hopefully by then Apple will have put out a minor update or two to fix all the annoyances. I could put it on my 5, but given that several have reported VO crashing, I am not in that much of a hurry to get iOS 8. Besides, if the bugs persist, then I will get to endure them with everyone else on the brand new iPhone 6, oh boy.
