I forgot to mention that in my Virtuoso logs, I see the following 
messages appearing:

[...]
14:11:14 INFO: PL LOG: Error in graph000053_000069.ttl
14:13:20 INFO: PL LOG: Error in graph000053_000160.ttl
14:25:38 INFO: PL LOG: Error in graph000053_000109.ttl
[...]

Should I be worried?
