Attached is my working patch, which gets us through most of the Makefile.PL but runs aground when it starts using some of the Module::Build infrastructure, like Module::Build::Base::_backticks. I have patched quite a bit of that stuff and Ken has applied it, but it's not in any released version yet, so it's probably not worth messing with Module::Install unless you first install the trunk version of Module::Build. -- ________________________________________ Craig A.
