How hot? Always over 100 deg C? That's what the temperature shows. Also, when they use a meter to measure steam quality, they find that the steam is dry. It would be wet if it was mostly water. Perhaps you suggesting the demo Krivit saw was fake and the ones with the RH meters and flowing water were real. That's contrived. Perhaps you still suggesting that the companies that make these meters and Dr. Galantini do not know what they are doing, and you do. That's chutzpah. - Jed
