So, NASA is not Rossi's big customer, but people working there apparently promised to purchase e-Cat modules for in-house testing as soon as they become available.
Should we conclude that the 2nd test (not the one on October 6th) with the small e-cat will be done at a NASA facility?

And the two tests expected for next month (putting aside the public inauguration of the 1-megawatt thermal powerplant planned for the end of October, which is a separate event) won't involve NASA yet.
