No, there couldn't be. The reactor would be hot to touch before the test.
These methods are impossible. It is strange that you call yourself a
skeptic because these beliefs are more implausible than cold fusion by a
wide margin. A cold fusion skeptic is a person who will believe any damn
thing rather than the simple truth.
