Jed, I think that you misunderstand. The claims of heat storage during the 
early October test are not referring to preheating, but merely containing all 
of the heat supplied during the "warm up" phase. It does not require heating 
before the test has begun, is there were no excess power.
I am not going to argue the merits of this, because this equine has obviously 
passed into the ever-after. I just wanted to clarify.

No, there couldn't be. The reactor would be hot to touch before the test. These 
methods are impossible. It is strange that you call yourself a skeptic because 
these beliefs are more implausible than cold fusion by a wide margin. A cold 
fusion skeptic is a person who will believe any damn thing rather than the 
simple truth.
