I know several people in the Navy and Army. What you are saying is absurd. They do spend millions of dollars "just to know" something. If they purchased the machine, they would take to one of their facilities and run it with instrumentation to learn all about it. They would not let it sit there. Anyone with a million dollars to spend will take possession of the machine after paying for it. It would be insane not to. - Jed
