We seem to have a runaway thread. I for one joined Ollie's new list
immediately after it was announced. And since I have started to respond(my
first to this list in a long long time) I will say that PPC's in America run
between $600-$1200. So you Germans definitely have the advantage. Also if I
were to buy one now, I would have to replace my warp040/40(and I hear
installation into an A3000 is a nightmare), SO I had hopes the G3 would be
available, cheaper and totally enhance the warp engine instead of replacing
it... just as well it is not available yet, I'm too poor for the moment
anyway, and then I'd feel guilty for being too poor to upport my Amiga
properly. I do hope I have a decent salary by the time OS3.5 comes out or I
may become completely catatonic.
