Why? I've not had any troubles with my Truetypes; they're tweaked up to
the max, but a 10pt font is VERY readable as the FONT SIZE="1" size,
especially in Arial, Tahoma and the other sans-serif fonts. I'm going to
write up something on how to set TTF.library and V3 up together, as I
seem to have found some quirks that need to be "worked around".

A lot of it is to do with using the Raw EM or Custom bound box when
installing TTF files. Another is V3's "Make Range" button not working
like it should (IMO). You also need to make bitmaps of the fonts (which
I use Bitline and Typeface 1.23 to create/tweak respectively)

The easy solution is to use Bitline to create at least one bitmap font for
each font: size 12 or something. I do that because I always need a 12pt
font for designing websites ;)
