The CG versions are in the 3.1 drawer.
The CS versions came, I think, from the sets supplied by Gold Disk for
use with ProPage. They did a full set of the 35 "laser" fonts, and when
these are imported into Fonts: they get renamed as CS.
At least the file sizes are the same.
I thought these versions had been supplied with WB3.0+, but it seems
not. This is a pity, as CGTimes is definitely buggy. I've had all
these fonts for so long that it's hard to remember exactly where they
came from.
Intellifonts have good hinting, but it's probably easiest now to use
TrueType.
