Would not do me any good on my ECS machine, I don't think...

No doubt.

Comes out to around $55 Cdn... About 7-8 hours of work for
the average Joe...

Plus, if I want to get the cheapest Amiga graphics card,
the Spectrum, that will be about $350 Cdn by the time the
dust settles on taxes and shipping.

I can get a 333 mHz PII with a 15 inch monitor at Costco
for $800 Cdn... not that I will, but just to give you an
idea as to comparing apples with apples.

In reality, to "stay" with the Amiga and upgrade, I could
buy 2 Windows systems with probably 6-10 times the speed for
each of them. Sad, but true!

My step daughter has a Pentium II 200MMX here at home. I
use it if I must... maybe four times a month... I do hate
Windows... but I teach MAC... and dislike it as well...

Those run about $300 Cdn...

I feel I do.

I have my 3000 at home, two 500's and 1-1000 at school.
Plus I have another 3000 in being fixed when the closest
Amiga Guru Repair Guy can get to it... he has to have
a "real" job which takes his time away from Amiga repairs,
so does not have much time to repair aging Amigas... and
he is about 100 km away...

Think what you will... it was *NOT* an ad for the program. I have
mentioned it before on other ML's... I feel we need a simple,
cheap graphics editing/printing program for the Amiga just
like VuePrint. I would be the first one to get it if it did
the same thing for the same price.

I have tried programming... I suck at it! If I had the
skills and mind-set, I would give it a whirl myself. My
mind is not of the calibre needed. : (

Sad but true!
