Outlook simply embeds a webpage inside it's normal view,
it's not any kind of magical gateway to a server, you're
just viewing Hotmail through a webpage - that just looks
like Outlook.

Theoretically it does, because the commands are intentionally similar..
you'd be able to leech the files from your inbox in YAM but not be able
to take advantage of server-side folders, advanced mail marking (heh,
did I say advanced? :) and all that jazz.
