No, not yet, because nobody has yet written a "Unicode" implemention
for the Amiga, or a "CSS2" implementation either.

What you need is:

 - Unicode, which is a method of diplaying the text of all the world`s
    written languages

 - CSS2, which tells browsers how to format interent HTML4
    pages

I am working on a Unicode implementation. It includes Japanese
syllabaries (i.e. watered-down Japanese pseudo-alphabets) which
are used in newspapers and other low grade printing in Japan
(and, most commonly, on web pages). Unicode also provides
for the traditional Japanese/Chinese/Korean script known as
"CJK" script, which has over 40,000 glyphs and is beyond my
time available to implement in the foreseeable future. But my
Unicode will implement all other scripts in Unicode except for
CJK.

The next step will then be to implement CSS2 for the Amiga,
integrated with a full implementation of all aspects of HTML4.

Only then (or I suppose in the event that someone else does
the above before I finish it) will you be able to do what you
want on the Amiga.

I will not be writing a browser of course, just a CSS2/
Unicode/HTMLdisplayer that WWW agents (browers),
Javascript and JAVA implementations, document viewers
and word processors can access / plug in.
