I don't think you can say it's overall better (of course not, there are so many things you can't do...). But I like it better, b/c it's different, more human, minimalistic etc. But that's not a good enough reason for other people. When people saw my machine, several asked the same question "But.... You don't have word ?!". Or when something didn't work with my web browser "Why don't you do like everyone and get a PC with Windows. It works very well, you wouldn't have such problems"... I know that, thanks ;) It's just that, for me, computers are not just tools. - mahen
