I have downloaded v11.3 and reinstalled on top of my existing 11.3 but error 
warning persists.   My account lists items (unspecified) awaiting to be 
downloaded and a Download Now button, which I have not pressed!    I suspect I 
need to clean up my account and that there is nothing wrong with ITunes on 
either my iMac or iPad.
