Define "results"... if the target is to get your client a top ten listing on Google for a search on "real estate", you could be in for a rough ride :-) How much to charge? Not sure, but if you hit your results you should be paid a lot more than you would have charged had you billed this by the hour. You've seen The Sting, right? Twist: "How we gonna work this?
