You are right, though I think we have indeed adopted the very position you state above. What is being dismissed are not the reasonable criticisms or concerns that some people make, but the arrogant and over-the-top calls to drive web2py from the "Python community." We should always listen to feedback and be willing to learn from others. Anthony
