ok, so now I need to restart wotaskd and JavaMonitor (guess I'll google that), 
though evidently, I am supposed to restart the app with this WOHost launch 
parameter as well?  Where would I do that?

And yes, deploying WO can make me feel like a eunuch but as far as I know, it's 
never manifested itself physically.
