I've added content to the /os/package page that lists the pkg repos, 
descriptions, and commands for setting authority, let me know if this 
meets your requirements.

I'd prefer not to create an additional page and link for this if we can 
avoid it. Please send along the community repos, locations and 
descriptions that we should add to the page and I'll get them incorporated.
