Ah, yes, that old things which explains why the OSUGs have mostly failed
to elect Contributors. Thanks for the reminder :-/
So, I'm wrong about that technical point for everything outside Advocacy.
There, the problem does exist: Contributors are not actually listed.
They need to be if OSUGs are to manage their own pages in the new
infrastructure.
