Hrm, I thought we wanted to *not* use "leader" to define who can & cannot
edit web pages. Many times I've seen it listed as a mistake of the current
infrastructure (because it is not always the technology leaders that have
write access. for one of our communities, some of the leaders do, and also
a PM who helps out, but wouldn't consider herself a technology leader)
