The roles were exactly as described in the the new constitution.
I've had a look at the old mapping document and it won't help you any as
it is written with the assumption that we were going from the current
portal to the new constitution, so it is no longer valid. If/when the
new constitution is ratified we'll have to write a new mapping document.
It's important that we are specific here. So, we know exactly where we are
heading, since it's going to take another transition to get there.
