Yes, you can do that via your 'collectives' menu where you can delete your relationship with the appropriate CC. That deletes the relationship from the database.
What we should probably do instead is just set the end date of the relationship to the current date, so we keep a record of it - the data won't show up on your current list of relationships but it will be recorded in the database and the admins will still be able to see it, we can include it in reports etc.
