Are you referring to this: http://svn.gna.org/viewcvs/wesnoth/trunk/data/campaigns/Dead_Water/images/dead-water-map.png?revision=46351&view=markup being replaced with this: http://forums.wesnoth.org/download/file.php?id=60794&mode=view ? > Yes, bad taste and loud yelling and disruptive dick moves (like > reopening the hosting controversy after I had already put in 95% of > the effort required to move us) can often win out in a group like this > when they are pursued with sufficient determination. > I'm sorry that there was some bad timing regarding further discussion of hosting. However, the simple fact of the matter is that the majority of Wesnoth developers who care about hosting do not want or like Sourceforge. They do like and want Github. Surely you understood from the posts at the time that many developers were not happy about the prospect of moving to Sourceforge? I believe that most of the work you did is still reusable in moving to Github and others have expressed willingness to do the work required to get us working on Github. David
