Hi All, I have an IBM Thinkpad come with 11a/b integrated.
The problem I am having is none of sniffer application can work with Wireless LAN card, neither with the one integrated or PC card 802.11a/b/g. But the sniffer such as www.ethereal.com will work (able to capture) only Ethernet network 100TX integrated. I called IBM tech-supp, they say that IBM does not support the thirdparty software. and does not support any sniffer apps. I am very disappointed with IBM, I don't know what application on IBM that prevents the sniffer app to perform the capture (even thou it can detect and be select the Wireless integrated, But no capture).
