One of the requirements of being an ASF project is to provide a board report periodically. See the Podling Status Reports http://incubator.apache.org/guides/ppmc.html
Podlings report to the Incubator monthly for the first three months, then quarterly thereafter. So we have to submit one for August. The board sits on 12th August which means we should aim to have the report written in the by 5pm UTC on Monday 5th Aug. In most projects the PMC chair drafts the report and posts it to the dev list for comment from the community. However, we've not yet appointed a PMC chair (are all committers now subscribed to this list? If so we should have the vote for the chair). In the absence of a chair I, as champion, will draft the first report and send a link soon.
