Thanks for taking this on, Ross. Some progress updates:

* I had a positive response from Stef H on the CLA front, so that just leaves us with one refusenik. Dai at UB is handling the CCLA. * I commented on Luke's feature requests in JIRA. (FYI - Luke is responsible for developing the Wookie plugin for LAMS (see http://www.lamsfoundation.org/)) * On the website front I've added some content to CWiki, notably the documentation on the REST API that Wookie exposes for plugins. See http://cwiki.apache.org/WOOKIE/ * All code is now prepped and ready to move once CLAs are in place, and pending the resolution of the issue of excluding incompatible widgets & plugins from migration

All committers are now on the list, but I think Kris is on vacation at the moment. When he's back we can do the vote for the chair.

One of the requirements of being an ASF project is to provide a board
report periodically. See the Podling Status Reports
http://incubator.apache.org/guides/ppmc.html

Podlings report to the Incubator monthly for the first three months,
then quarterly thereafter. So we have to submit one for August. The
board sits on 12th August which means we should aim to have the report
written in the by 5pm UTC on Monday 5th Aug.

In most projects the PMC chair drafts the report and posts it to the
dev list for comment from the community. However, we've not yet
appointed a PMC chair (are all committers now subscribed to this list?
If so we should have the vote for the chair). In the absence of a
chair I, as champion, will draft the first report and send a link
soon.
