This used to be 0 to -10dB but I changed it to 0 to -30dB because I noticed that on some platforms the internal implementation of the Qt volume control has different results. My initial implementation attempted to linearise the action of the silder and give a reasonably accurate attenuation scale on Windows. Unfortunately at present the scale is not accurate on other platforms.
For now I'm not inclined to change the range before the scale accuracy issues can be addressed. > > --- John G4KLA 73 Bill G4WJS. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Want excitement? Manually upgrade your production database. When you want reliability, choose Perforce Perforce version control. Predictably reliable. http://pubads.g.doubleclick.net/gampad/clk?id=157508191&iu=/4140/ostg.clktrk _______________________________________________ wsjt-devel mailing list wsjt-devel@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/wsjt-devel
