Something must be wrong with your frequency calibration. WSPR activity on the 30 m band takes place in the 200 Hz span between 10.140100 and 10.140300. For all but a few users with special hardware, this means setting the USB dial frequency to 10.1387. WSPR generates Tx audio between 1400 and 1600 Hz. WSJT-X uses a default dial frequency of 10.138 on the 30 m band. This means that the nominal "WSPR sub-band" is from 2100 Hz to 2300 Hz. As the WSJT-X error message says, WSJT-X will not knowingly transmit within that sub-band -- as a courtesy to WSPR users. Because the nominal WSPR sub-bands are so narrow -- only 200 Hz -- WSPR users are necessarily very aware of the calibration accuracy of their radio dials. If you say that you have never seen any beacon traffic in this yellow marked area, I must conclude that your dial calibration is off. It is not difficult to measure the frequency calibration error of your radio.
