Removed the 9011 id in Designer_Common.xml and extracted zips as text files
(*.autobuild). Also bumped the skin.helper requirement to 1.0.23.
I just added a new feature (to allow user to select it's own picture as
background in blocs) but it's just about code copy/paste .
I hope it's ready to go :)

no problem & you're welcome. latest version of skin.shortcauts
is now in the addon repo,
hopefully that'll give you the option to get rid of the zipfiles.
