I am working at VSTORE.COM where I have just put in a Sterling Commerce
Gentran NT system with the XML option. We are taking XML from the ERP
system and using it to exchange 850, 855, 856, 860 and 832 information with
trading partners. In addition, I am sending out FAXes from XML to trading
partners. The XML to FAX conversion is being done in Gentran.
The system went live yesterday and is now working very well. I am finding a
few bugs in the maps and a few bugs in the inbound XML documents but
overall, everything is flowing.
Fred Johnson
Sterling Gentran NT Consultant.
