If this worked on b99 and before and stopped on b101 and above, we need to isolate the change that caused the problem. I've pushed the b99 NVIDIA graphics driver to:
http://home.comcast.net/~jdmartin99/NVIDIA-Solaris-x86-173.14.09-xVM.run Can you verify using the xorg.conf that worked in b99 works (or not) after b101 with the NVIDIA driver bundled in b99. That will help isolate the change that is causing the problem of no longer honoring xorg.conf options that used to work.
