For Intel 2.4.2:  A bug report needs to be filed, it needs to be built, tested,
code reviewed, and put back - pretty much just standard bug fix/RFE process.

For Mesa 7.1: All of the same, plus probably ARC review, lots more testing,
and coordination with the Xorg 1.5 integration, as I described last week:

(Xorg 1.3 will not build with Mesa 7.1, Xorg 1.5 will not build with Mesa other
 than 7.1, so the integrations really must happen simaltaneously.)
