ED; That's is something you have to sit down with it and you'll see it. As a koan you have to solve. What will be the heart of the universe?. Where is it?. Do you have a heart?. When the body quiets and the mind gets silence in the very center of that silence you'll be seeing your own real heart and by seeing that you'll be also be seeing the JMJM heart he keeps refering over and over again.
