Actually this is a "Petition For Rule Making" and it is for an AMENDMENT of PART 97. Nowhere does it state it is a "Petition to Kill Ham Radio Digital Advancements" It's a good petition that a lot of thought has been put into and should be supported by all amateurs. Barry VE3CDX/W7
