Looks like part of the confusion is just the website's design, to me! The "library" seems to be more of a general collection of techno history (with some Black perspectives, some not), but "writings from a [B]lack perspective" appears at the top of every page since it's the site name? (The "blog" seems to be much more about Black perspectives than just the list of techno-centric writing, IMO)
