That's basically been my line of thought... it's my guess that if the performers from out of town are getting their trips and lodging paid for, the "no afterparties" clause might well be a stipulation of that contract... and for the local artists from Detroit and Windsor that can eat and sleep at home, they're probably free to play where they please throughout the weekend.
