I reckon we should leave him alone with his family and friends - may be
just get all the radio stations and TV channels to play Teenage Kicks
at the same time.

I suspect that the only reason we've got so much acreage of coverage in
the uk press and media is because by and large, these organizations are
staffed by people like you and me, they might not like the same music,
but they're certainly not your average middle-Englader (or
middle-American.) Journos and media people in general I would expect to
be people who would have genuine respect and affection for John Peel.
