Flyers/Promoters sell a name...that's it. Most people who go see Hawtin/Mill, etc. could care less if they are live, djing or knitting. They go to see the man, the myth, the legend. A very small portion of that audience sits there and analyzes the performance to death. maybe they need to relax and kick back another beer... and Tosh you've been around long enough to know this, so I still have a hard time figuring out why you feel the need to ask why. ??? What are you going to ask next- if set lists should be included on flyers so the audience knows when to expect then as well?
